7/30/13I started as an intern with AdKarma as a Media Assistant in January and was recently hired full-time as an Account Executive in early June. Online Advertising is definitely a fast-paced and exciting industry to be in. I started off just trying to develop an understanding of online display advertising and then jumped right into pre-roll advertising not too long after that. From what I’ve seen, pre-roll is the place to be right now since video advertising is expected to increase by 50% in 2013 alone. It is very exciting looking at all the opportunities ahead and I cannot wait to share with publishers the services that AdKarma can provide. I love that the online advertising industry is so dynamic, and there is something new to be learned every day. I cannot wait to see where the industry goes next!
